The Governing Council consists of the Chairman who is the founder of the Polytechnic and other members representing various interests of the council. It manages the general affairs of the polytechnic and it is the supreme governing body. The Council takes charge of matters concerning the finances, security, property, appointment, promotion and discipline. The council is also in charge of public relations and any other matter considered to be in the best interest of the institution. Members of the Governing Council are:
