Goals and Objectives of the National Diploma in Business Administration & Management are;
- Conduct a simple structured survey on any aspect of business and make appropriate recommendations to the authority
- Identify management problems at appropriate levels, analyze them and design management strategies to overcome them
- Carry out our inspection and auditing of books and records
- Interpret basic statistical data
- Assist in the preparation of short and long term budget plans
- Write business reports and carry out various types of business communication effectively
- Explain basic concepts and principles in economics and their applications in mixed economy
- Use statistical inference as aids to business plan and control
- Understand the basic of accounts to different types of accounting transactions.
- Explain various legal principles and procedures governing the regulations of companies as contained in company decree of 1968.
Entry Requirements;
The general requirements for the National Diploma are;
Five O’level credits including English Language (not Literature in English) and Mathematics and any three subjects from the following:
Economics/Commerce, Business Methods/Business Studies, Principles of Accounts/Book Keeping, Literature in English, Geography Office Practice, Government, Biology/Agricultural Science/Chemistry/ Physics, History/Government, Typewriting, Shorthand, Civic Education, Financial Accounting, French, Insurance, CRS/IRK, Marketing, Salesmanship, Store Keeping, Store Management, Computer Studies, Entrepreneurship Education, Social Studies

Goals and Objectives are;
- Apply the theories and practices of Public Administration
- Analyze the nature and operations of the machinery of government
- Analyze the nature and scope of intergovernmental relations
- Apply the basic principles in the management of public enterprise
- Examine the structure and functions of local government
- Identify management problems at the appropriate levels, analyses them and design strategies to solve them.
- Apply the basic principle of financial management
- Establish and manage a small scale business effectively and profitably.
- Apply the basic principle of law in official relationships and transactions.
- Carryout elementary application of computer in processing data/information.
Entry Requirements
To qualify for admission into National Diploma in Public Administration, the candidate must meet any of the following entry requirements;
